Welcome To Blackwater Outdoor Activities

We are an Outdoor Activity Centre based in North Cork whose primary activities include; River Kayaking, River Tubing, Archery, Zorbing, Zip-Line/Aerial Adventure, Dune Buggies, Laser Clay pigeon Shooting, Team Building, Wilderness Camping, Wilderness Survival skills and/or combinations of these activities.

All activities are based at the picturesque and historical Blackwater Castle Estate in Castletownroche, Co.Cork, all activities utilise the natural resources of the estate including the River, forestry, walkways, Castle and its facilities.

We can cater for groups up to 80no. at any one time, with half day, full day and overnight and residential schedules, for Schools, Sports clubs, Corporate, Social clubs, Stag/Hen parties, Families and groups of friends.

Our staff are fully qualified and have vast experience in the participation and the organisation of outdoor activities for a range of participants across all types of activities. We only use the best of equipment and operate under full public indemnity insurance.

We provide all equipment and guides, Experience is not essential. All groups are accompanied by our experienced guides on all activities.

We are open 7 days per week all year round and we pride ourselves on our ability and proven track record in tailoring any activity or combination of activities for any group, on any day to suit their needs.
