We are an established Outdoor Activities centre, based in the picturesque and historic Blackwater Castle Estate in Castletownroche, North Cork.

Our Primary activities on site include:
ZIP LINING, HIGH ROPES COURSE, ZORBING, RIVER TUBING, ARCHERY, GIANT SWING, LEAP OF FAITH, AIR SOFT, RIVER KAYAKING, LAZER CLAY SHOOTING, TEAMBUILDING, WILDERNESS SURVIVAL SKILLS, DUNE BUGGIES, CAMPING, WALL CLIMBING, CRATE STACKING, ABSEILING, ESTATE HISTORY TOUR.

With Activities and facilities to cater for very large groups, we offer half day, full day, overnight and multiple day schedules for Primary Schools, Secondary Schools, Colleges, Teams, Corporate, Youth groups, Stags & hens and Parties.

All Activities and Accommodation are based on the Castle Estate in a Private & safe environment. All activities utilise the natural resources of the estate including the River, forestry, walkways, Castle and its facilities.

We pride ourselves on our schedules which are interactive, fun, challenging, and with increased awareness of the Natural Environment and History. Schedules at Blackwater Outdoor Activities are guaranteed to be full of Action, Adrenaline and Adventure.

We are members of ILAM (Irish leisure and Amenity Management) Our staff are fully qualified and have vast experience in the participation and the organisation of outdoor activities. We use the best of equipment and operate under full public indemnity insurance.

We provide all equipment and guides. Experience is not essential. All groups are fully supervised on all activities.

We are available for group bookings all year round and we pride ourselves on our ability and proven track record in tailoring any activity or combination of activities for any group, on any day to suit their needs.
